To help businesses better understand the practical aspects of going public in Canada, on December 18, 2024, the Capital Markets Sector Group at Dentons Beijing Headquarters, in collaboration with the Capital Markets Professional Group, hosted a seminar titled "Practical Insights into Canadian IPOs."
The event featured two distinguished speakers: Ms. Lillian Liu, Founder and CEO of Bizfield Group in Canada, and Dr. Liu Jun, CEO of Bizfield (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. The seminar was moderated by Chen Hui, Senior Partner and Head of the Capital Markets Sector Group at Dentons Beijing Headquarters. Her insights reflected deep professional expertise and rich practical experience in Canadian IPO services.
Following Ms. Liu’s presentation, Dr. Liu Jun delivered a keynote speech titled "Government Policies Supporting Overseas IPOs," providing a detailed overview of recent measures introduced by government authorities to support businesses in expanding internationally and pursuing overseas IPOs.
